摘要
分析了影响掺烧石油焦的CFB锅炉炉内脱硫效率的几个因素,包括石灰石输送系统堵管、旋转给料阀卡停、仓泵落料故障,以及床温、钙硫摩尔比、过量空气系数、飞灰再循环量,并提出了相应的处理措施。同时,给出了该型锅炉最佳脱硫效率工况下床温、钙硫比、过量空气系数等参数的控制范围,对同类型CFB锅炉及脱硫系统的设计和运行有一定的参考意义。
Several factors affecting desulphurization efficiency inside the furnace of CFB boilers by mixedly burning petroleum coke,including tube- clogging in lime- stone conveying system, stop of rotary material- feeding valve due to jam, fault of material -dropping from pressure vessel conveyer, as well as bed temperature,Ca/S molar ratio,coefficient of excess air,and recycling quantity of fly ash etc. , have been analysed, and corresponding disposal measures being put forward. At the same time, the parameter control range of bed temperature,Ca/S ratio, and coefficient of excess air etc. under condition of optimal desulphurization efficiency in this type of boielrs has been given, providing certain reference for design and operation of similar boielrs and desulphurization system.
