摘要
针对燃煤机组普遍开展深度调峰的现状,以某亚临界330 MW机组为研究对象,探索锅炉低负荷阶段单侧风机运行的方式,结合煤耗试验开展经济效益分析和安全性评估。试验结果表明:只要保证空预器双侧运行、风烟道联络门通畅,低负荷下单列风机运行对锅炉本体影响有限;在机组50%~30%负荷下,单侧风机运行可节省厂用电0.37%~0.73%,降低煤耗1~3 g/kWh。
In view of the current situation that coal-fired units generally carry out deep peak load regulation,this paper takes a 330 MW boiler as the research object, explore the operation of one side fan under the deep peak load regulation, making coal consumption test to develop economic benefit analysis and safety assessment. The test results show that: as long as the air preheater operates on both sides,and the air flue connecting door is unobstructed, the influence of oneside-fan operation on boiler is limited. Under 50%~30% load of the unit, the one-side-fan operation can save 0.37%~0.73% of plant electric power,and reduce the coal consumption by 1~3 g/kWh.
