摘要
江苏电网某300 MW级亚临界燃煤机组为达到供电煤耗低于310 g/(kW·h)的目标,实施了以汽轮机通流改造为核心的综合升级改造,并提出了锅炉升参数运行的方案。基于锅炉设备现状,研究了提高主蒸汽温度的限制因素,通过对存在超温隐患的的后屏过热器进行局部改造,借助壁温在线监控系统对炉内受热面壁温进行精准控制,并提出"滑压反滑温"运行的控制策略,将主蒸汽温度由541℃提升至546~556℃,进一步提高了机组综合升级改造后能效水平,有利于机组长期高效运行。
To achieve the coal consumption rate below 310 g/kW·h for power supply,a 300 MW sub-critical coal-fired unit in Jiangsu Power Grid has been implemented with a comprehensive upgrade with steam turbine flow reform as the core,and the operation scheme of boiler rising parameters was put forward.Based on the status of boiler equipment,the limiting factors for increasing the main steam temperature was studied.Through the partial modification of the rear platen superheater with over-temperature hazards,the wall temperature of the heating surface in the furnace was controled accurately via the on-line monitoring system of the wall temperature.And the control strategy of "sliding pressure and reverse sliding temperature" was proposed,which increased the main steam temperature from 541 ℃ to 546~556 ℃.The energy efficiency level of the unit after comprehensive upgrade was further improved,which is beneficial to the long-term efficient operation of the unit.
