摘要
为了分析甘蔗新品种‘粤糖09-13’(海蔗22号)作为亲本材料配制组合进行杂交育种的潜力,以‘粤糖019-3’分别作为母本和父本与其它品种配制10个杂交组合,对后代群体的株高、茎径、丛有效茎、锤度、丛重和锤重这6个性状进行表型变异、方差、遗传力、相关性和配合力等遗传分析。结果表明,10个杂交组合锤重平均变异系数(40.692%)最大,最小的是株高(7.87%);‘粤糖09-13’做母本时,6个性状都表现出极显著差异,对杂交后代群体性状的平均遗传力(58.63%)最大。配合力分析结果表明,‘粤糖09-13’作为母本时除有效茎效应值为负值外,其余5个主要农艺性状的效应值都为正值。在甘蔗杂交育种中,选择‘粤糖09-13’做母本,杂交后代群体分离大,适合选择优良的后代。本研究结果为‘粤糖09-13’在配制杂交组合时提供了参考。
In order to evaluate the breeding potential of sugarcane variety ’Yuetang 09-13’(Haizhe 22),ten crosses were produced with ’Yuetang 09-13’ as parents. Genetic analysis, such as phenotypic variation, variance, heritability, correlation and general combining ability were conducted on six traits of hybrid population, including plant height, stalk diameter, stalk number, brix, clump weight and brix weight. The results indicated that the genetic variation coefficient of brix weight(40.692%) was the highest while that of plant height(7.87%) was the lowest. The six traits among hybrid populations were all showed significant differences, of which the broad-sense heritability(58.63%) was the highest. When ’Yuetang 09-13’ was the female parent, the effect value of plant height, stalk diameter, brix, clump weight and brix weight were all positive, except for the negative effect value of stalk number.We should choose ’Yuetang 09-13’ as female to make cross combinations in order to select the elite offspring in large separate populations. The results will provide a preference for making cross combinations with ’Yuetng 09-1’.
