摘要
本文采用心理测验、观察心理问题的表征以及心理咨询的综合方式,对心理咨询来访研究生的心理健康状态进行评估,了解研究生群体心理咨询来访人员的心理健康问题的突出表现为:情绪抑郁、神经衰弱、自卑、情感偏差、偏执人格等方面,结合工作实践,提出了影响心理健康状态的影响因素:提出了提升研究生心理健康素质的工作思路,通过建立研究生心理健康工作机制、创建校园心理健康文化氛围,开展团体心理辅导、心理咨询等工作,努力创建有利于研究生心理健康发展的工作方法,使我国的高素质人才队伍能够全面发展。
In this paper, psychological tests, observation of the representation of psychological problems and the comprehensive way of psychological consultation are used to evaluate the mental health status of the visiting postgraduates. The prominent manifestations of the psychological health problems of the group of postgraduates are as follows: emotional depression,neurasthenia, inferiority, emotional deviation, paranoid personality, etc. The influencing factors of mental health state are put forward;the working ideas of improving the mental health quality of postgraduates are put forward. By establishing the working mechanism of mental health of postgraduates, creating the cultural atmosphere of mental health on campus, carrying out the work of group psychological guidance, psychological consultation, etc., the working methods that are conducive to the development of mental health of postgraduates are created, so that our country’s high-quality talents can develop in an all-round way.
