摘要
亚健康多表现为主观感受上的各种不适症状即"软指标",非常适合通过量表对其进行测评,目前尚未有统一、公认的亚健康量表。通过分析国内评价亚健康方法学的研究现状,提出理论假设并介绍本课题组研制亚健康量表的研制思路。
Sub--health has various symptoms on the subjective feelings, which are called ＂soft targets＂. It is very suitable for evaluation by the scale. At present, there is not yet a unified recognized sub--health scale. By analyzing the domestic sub-- health evaluation methodology of the status quo, we put forward the theory of assumptions and introduce the ideas of developing sub--health scale.
