摘要
在教育改革的背景下,美术教育对教师发展提出了更高要求。与此同时,主观幸福感等相关心理问题成为美术教师发展的关键问题。从当前情况来看,培训机构美术教师普遍存在缺失主观幸福感的情况。本文阐述了培训机构美术教师主观幸福感研究现状,分析了影响培训结构美术教师产生主观幸福感的因素,重点讨论了如何从"心"出发通过人事管理提高美术教师主观幸福感,以供参考。
In the context of educational reform, art education puts forward higher requirements for the development of teachers. At the same time, subjective well-being and other related psychological problems become the key to the development of art teachers. From the current situation, training institutions art teachers generally lack of subjective well-being. This paper expounds the current situation of the research on the subjective well-being of art teachers in training institutions, analyzes the factors that affect the subjective well-being of art teachers in training structures, and focuses on how to improve the subjective well-being of art teachers through personnel management from the perspective of "heart", for reference.
