摘要
经济的发展和人民生活水平的提升带来社会出行需求急剧增加,给高速公路路网带来了前所未有的流量压力,高速公路的供需矛盾正在不断升级和加剧。文章提出以平时倡导、应急疏导、战时主导为核心的高速公路路网预约出行服务新模式来解决高速公路路网交通拥堵问题,并提出基于信息技术的服务框架体系,为保障我国高速公路路网畅通、高效、有地的运行提出了新思路。
With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the demand for the public transportation has increased sharply,which has brought unprecedented traffic pressure to the highway network.The contradiction between the supply and demand of expressways is escalating and aggravating.The study has proposed that a new mode of reservation travel service based on peacetime advocacy,emergency guidance and wartime leadership is established to solve the problem of traffic congestion on the expressway network.Base on the information technologies,the corresponding frame system is put forward,which will give new ideas to ensure the smooth,efficient and orderly operation of the expressway network in China.
