摘要
小柴胡汤是张仲景《伤寒论》中治疗伤寒少阳病证的经典名方,经过后世医家对其主证的不断探究及扩展,临床该方广泛用于消化系统、呼吸系统、泌尿生殖系统、神经系统、循环系统、内分泌系统、肿瘤科、五官科、皮肤科、传染病科、血液科疾病等均有良好的治疗效果。归纳总结近10年来有关小柴胡汤的药效学研究及临床各科病症的运用,以更好地服务于临床。参考文献46篇。
Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)is a classic prescription for treating typhoid fever and Shaoyang disease by ZHANG Zhongjing in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.After continuous exploration and expansion of its main syndrome by later doctors,this prescription is widely used in the treatment of diseases of digestive system,respiratory system,urogenital system,nervous system,circulatory system,endocrine system,oncology department,ENT department,dermatology department,infectious diseases department,hematology department,etc,which has achieved good therapeutic effects.The pharmacodynamic researches of Xiaochaihu Decoction and the clinical application of it in treating various clinical diseases in the recent 10 years are summarized to better serve the clinic.There are 46 references.
