摘要
目的:观察小柴胡汤加减治疗34例慢性肾衰患者的临床疗效。方法:选取34例慢性肾衰患者为研究对象,给予小柴胡汤治疗,观察治疗后患者临床症状与体征改善情况并记录治疗前后检查血、尿常规及血肌酐、尿素氮、SCr。结果:显效12例,好转14例,无效6例,死亡2例,总有效率76.4%。结论:小柴胡汤对于慢性肾衰患者具有很好的治疗效果,值得临床广泛推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Xiaochaihu decoction. Methods： 34 cases of patients were chosen as the research object, and they were given with the treatment of the Xiaochaihu decoction. The clinical symptoms and the situation of the improving signs were observed and the urine and serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, SCr before and after treatment were record. Results 12 cases were with markedly improved, and improved was in 14 cases, ineffective was in 6 cases and 2 cases were of deaths, and the total effective rate was 76.4%. Conclusion： The Xiaochaihu decoction has a good therapeutic effect in patients with chronic renal failure, and it worthy of widespread clinical application.
