固相萃取气相色谱-质谱法测定饮用水中17种半挥发性有机物 被引量:5

Determination of 17 Semi-volatile Organic Compounds in Drinking Water by Solid Phase Extraction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 目的:建立大体积固相萃取-气相色谱质谱法同时测定饮用水中17种半挥发性有机物(SVOCs)的方法。方法:取2 L水样加入抗坏血酸以去除余氯,盐酸调节pH<2,加入甲醇混匀,过活化后的C18固相萃取柱富集,洗脱,氮吹浓缩,GC-MS外标法进行定性定量分析。结果:17种半挥发性有机物分离良好,在0~5.0μg/ml浓度范围内相关系数均为0.9926以上,加标回收率为76.6%~115%,精密度RSD(n=6)均<9%,检出限为0.04~0.54μg/L。结论:方法灵敏度和准确度高、检出限低、操作简单、能够满足饮用水中17种SVOCs的痕量测定。 Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 17 semi-volatile organic compounds(SVO Cs)in water by large volume solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Methods:Vitamin C was added into 2L water sample to remove residual chlorine,use HCl to adjuste pH<2,methanol was added to well mixed,and extract by C18 column were used to activate,eluted,concentrated by nitrogen blowing,and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by GC-MS external standard method.Results:Good linearity was obtained when the concentration of 17 SVOCs was withinO〜5.0μg/ml(r≥0.9926),the recoveries of standard addition are 76.6%〜115%,and RSD(n=6)are all lower than 9%,the detection limit is 0.04~0.54 μg/L.Conclusion:The method has high sensitivity and accuracy,low detection limit,simple operation,and the method is suitable for the accurate determination of 17 kinds of SVOCs in water.
