摘要
人类命运共同体是国际行为体之间的一种社会建构,其构建会涉及到诸多国际社会性因素,必然是一个国际政治社会化过程。由于国际理念/规范社会化的渐进性、国际社会的多样性以及国家之间发展的不平衡性,人类命运共同体的构建过程中必然会呈现出阶段性、多样性、反复性的特征。对于日益崛起的中国,构建人类命运共同体具有重要的国际政治社会学意义。随着国际社会的不断发展进化,构建人类命运共同体所需的主体条件与物质技术条件也会日益完备,有理由相信,人类命运共同体的美好前景终将实现。
The Community of Shared Future for Mankind is a social construction among international actors.Therefore,the construction of it will involves many international social factors and is inevitably a process of international political socialization.Some principles and approaches of International Political Sociology can be followed to promote the construction of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind.Due to the gradualness of socialization of international ideas,the diversity of the international community and the imbalance of development among countries,the construction of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind will inevitably shows the characteristics of stages,diversity and reversibility.For the rising China,constructing the Community of Shared Future for Mankind has great International Political Sociology significance.With the development of the international community,the subjective conditions,material and technological conditions for the Community with a Shared Future for Mankind will be increasingly achieved.There is every reason to believe that the bright prospect of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind will come true.
