摘要
国土空间规划是国家空间发展的指南、可持续发展的空间蓝图,是各类开发保护建设活动的基本依据。建立国土空间规划体系并监督实施是党中央、国务院作出的重大部署,更是新时代推进生态文明建设、建设美丽中国的关键举措。英国是城市规划体系最为完善的国家之一。本文通过分析英国规划体系的特征和规划制度,总结英国城市规划中的经验与启示,为我国建立国土空间规划体系并监督实施提供参考。
Land spatial planning is the guide of national space development,the space blueprint of sustainable development,and the basic basis of all kinds of development,protection and construction activities.It is not only a major deployment made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,but also a key measure to promote the construction of ecological civilization and build a beautiful China in the new era.Britain is one of the countries with the most perfect urban planning system.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the British urban planning system and planning institution,this paper summarizes the experience and enlightenment of British urban planning,and provides references for the establishment and supervisionof land spatial planning system of China.
