摘要
随着时代的不断发展,房地产行业迎来巨大的发展机遇。房地产项目合作开发已被诸多企业作为相对主要的现实选择。房地产合作开发项目具有优势互补、资源共享,合作具有全程性,合作方需具有高度协作精神等特性。合作开发项目风险管理中在开发资金有效保障、开发成本的合理控制、开发团队的素质方面存在突出问题。提出实施房地产合作开发项目风险管控措施:构建完善的全过程风险管理机制,提升项目管理队伍建设,不断加强合作方的履约精神,重视合作项目的品牌形象建设。
With the continuous development of The Times,the real estate industry in today's society also ushered in a huge development opportunity.The real estate industry is an important pillar of China's market economy.The steady and orderly development of the industry and the steady and steady promotion of the market are related to the economic development and stability and harmony of the whole country.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of cooperative projects,build high-quality real estate projects,and guarantee the expected economic and social benefits of the projects,this paper discusses the risk control of real estate cooperative development projects,hoping to effectively avoid the project risks of cooperative development,so as to achieve sustainable development of the operation mode.
