摘要
以产自贵州省修文县的贵长猕猴桃为原料,经取籽、干燥、粉碎、过筛处理,以石油醚为提取溶剂,以猕猴桃籽油提取率为考察指标。首先探讨料液比、微波功率、提取温度以及时间等单因素对猕猴桃籽油提取率的影响,然后在单因素试验基础上采用正交试验优化提取工艺。最终确定的最佳条件是:料液比1︰20(g/mL),提取时间35 min,微波功率200 W,提取温度46℃。在此条件下猕猴桃籽油的提取率为23.25%。
Take kiwi fruit from Xiuwen County,Guizhou Province as raw material,after seed extraction,drying,crushing and sifting process,using the petroleum ether as the extraction agent and the kiwi fruit seed oil extraction rate as the index.Firstly,research on the effects of single factors such as feed-liquid ratio,microwave power,extraction rate and time.Then,use the orthogonal experiments to optimize the extraction rate.Finally,the optimum conditions were determined,which were feed-liquid ratio 1︰20(g/mL),extraction time 35 min,microwave power 200 W,and extraction temperature 46℃.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of kiwi fruit seed oil was 23.25%.
