摘要
目的探讨草酸艾司西酞普兰联合喹硫平治疗抑郁症合并高血压患者的疗效与安全性。方法本院2018年5月~2019年5月收治的86例抑郁症合并高血压患者,随机分为常规组(草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗)、研究组(草酸艾司西酞普兰片联合喹硫平片治疗),各43例。比较两组的疗效和安全性。结果研究组整体疗效高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后24h收缩压、24h舒张压均低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后第2周、第4周、第8周HAMD汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于常规组、(P<0.05);不良反应总发生率两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论草酸艾司西酞普兰片与喹硫平联合治疗可以减轻抑郁症合并高血压的患者的抑郁程度、降低血压,而且不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of escitalopram combined with quetiapine in depression patients with hypertension.Methods 86 depression patients with hypertension were divided into routine group(escitalopram,n=43)and research group(escitalopram combined with quetiapine,n=43).The efficacy and safety of two groups were compared.Results The overall efficacy of the research group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The 24-hour systolic pressure and 24-hour diastolic pressure of the research group were lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The HAMD Hamilton Depression Scale score of the research group was lower than that of the routine group at the 2nd,4th and 8th weeks after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram combined with quetiapine can not only alleviate depression and reduce blood pressure in patients with depression patients with hypertension,but also have fewer adverse reactions.
