摘要
目的探讨氟哌啶醇联合心理治疗对小儿抽动症患者的疗效。方法选择本院2016年2月~2019年8月80例抽动症患儿为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组给予氟哌啶醇治疗,观察组在此药物基础上开展心理治疗,连续治疗8周。治疗前后评价耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)以及儿童自我意识量表(PHCSS),参照YGTSS评分改善率比较两组综合疗效。结果两组治疗后YGTSS评分均显著降低,PHCSS评分显著升高,且治疗后观察组YGTSS评分显著低于对照组,PHCSS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟哌啶醇联合心理治疗对小儿抽动症患者能够进一步帮助患儿提升自我意识,减轻抽动严重程度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of haloperidol combined with psychotherapy in children with tic disorder.Methods Eighty cases of pediatric patients with tic disorder from February 2016 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with haloperidol,while the observation group received psychological treatment based on this drug for 8 weeks.The Yale syndrome severity scale(YGTSS)and the children's self-awareness scale(PHCSS)were evaluated before and after treatment,and the comprehensive efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the YGTSS scores in both groups were significantly reduced,and the PHCSS scores were significantly increased.After treatment,the YGTSS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the PHCSS scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Haloperidol combined with psychotherapy can achieve better clinical effects in treating tic disorders in children,help children improve their self-awareness and reduce the severity of tics.
