摘要
目的研究分析白桑中的黄酮类成分及其生物活性,为该药材的深度开发提供参考。方法利用Reaxys、中国知网等文献检索工具查阅白桑的化学成分,选择其中的黄酮类成分作为研究对象分析其结构特点,从中寻找具有生物活性的化合物并整理归类。结果近几十年来,国内外学者从白桑中分离鉴定了140余个化合物,约占白桑中已知化合物的50%,部分化合物具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗菌等多种生物活性。结论白桑中富含黄酮类成分,是开发中药新药和新资源食品的良好原材料。
Objective To research the flavones and its bio-activities of Morus alba L.for depth developing.Methods Various kinds of felicities regard to retrieval literatures are utilized,such as Reaxys and CNKI,which using for search bio-active flavones to classify with their structure characters.Results More than one hundred and forty compounds which about 50%in all known compounds are isolated from Morus alba L.by internal and international scholars in past several decades,some of them have varied bio-activities,for example anti-tumors,anti-viruses,anti-microbial and so on.Conclusion Morus alba L.is a good native material for developing new drugs of TCM and natural resources food owing to its rich flavones.
