摘要
目的探讨刘小虹教授治疗肺癌的经验药对。方法通过门诊跟师以及查阅医案等方法总结刘教授临证经验。结果刘小虹教授治疗肺癌,从虚实两端立论,认为肺癌病机总属虚实夹杂,治疗上应辨明虚实孰轻孰重而合理谴方用药,常用苇茎汤、温胆汤、四君子汤等为基本方加减治疗,并配伍应用特色的经验药对。结论刘小虹教授治疗肺癌的特色药对有清热解毒之“重楼+山慈菇+救必应”、活血行气之“桃仁+郁金+红豆杉”、消肿散结之“肿节风+山海螺”、补气生血之“五指毛桃+白术+红景天”和养阴生津之“太子参+白术”等。
Objective To explore Professor Liu Xiao-hong's experience in the treatment of lung cancer by using couplet medicines.Methods To summarize Professor Liu's clinical experience by following the teacher in the outpatient clinic and consulting the medical records.Results Professor LIU Xiao-hong treats lung cancer from the two ends of deficiency and excess,and holds that the pathogenesis of lung cancer is always a mixture of deficiency and excess.It is necessary to distinguish between deficiency and excess and reasonable prescription for the treatment of lung cancer.Weijing decoction,Wendan decoction and Sijunzi decoction are often used as the basic prescription for addition and subtraction.And compatible with the application of characteristic empirical couplet medicines.Conclusion Professor LIU Xiao-hong's characteristic couplet medicines for the treatment of lung cancer include"Paris polyphylla&Indian Iphigenia Bulb&Ilicis routundae cortex"(which have the effect of clearing away heat and toxic materials),"peach kernel&turmeric&yew"(which have the effect of Invigorate the circulation of qi and blood),"sarcandra&mountain conch"(which have the effect of reducing swelling and eliminate nodules),"radix fici simplicissimae¯ocephala&rhodiola"(which have the effect of Replenishing qi and generating blood)and"radix pseudostellariae¯ocephala"(which have the effect of nourishing Yin and Jin).And attached a medical record,in order to entertain the profession.
