摘要
[目的]探讨桃仁乙醇提取物对小鼠移植性S180肿瘤的抑制作用.[方法]于昆明种小鼠右前肢腋下接种S180细胞建立荷瘤小鼠模型,接种当日随机分为模型组、环磷酰胺组及桃仁乙醇提取物大、中、小剂量组.口服给予模型组生理盐水,腹腔注射给予环磷酰胺组环磷酰胺25mg/kg,分别口服给予桃仁乙醇提取物大、中、小剂量组2.8,1.4,0.7g/kg桃仁乙醇提取物,连续给药10d,第11d停药.第12d处死小鼠观察桃仁乙醇提取物对移植性肿瘤S180的抑制作用,计算肿瘤抑制率、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、体质量变化等,测定血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量.[结果]桃仁乙醇提取物可减轻S180荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤质量,增加胸腺指数,提高SOD活性,降低MDA含量;大剂量(2.8g/kg)桃仁乙醇提取物可提高脾脏指数和体质量.[结论]桃仁乙醇提取物可抑制小鼠S180移植性肿瘤的生长.
OBJECTIVETo study the inhibition effect of ethanol extract from the peach kernel for transplanted tumor S180 in mice.METHODSS180 tumor bearing Kuming mice models were established by inoculating the S180 cells to right fore underarm of mice,and the mice were randomly divided into groups of the model,cyclophosphamide,large,medium and small dosage of ethanol extracts from peach kernel（2.8,1.4,0.7g/kg,ig）,and the mice in model group were administrated by oral normal saline,in cyclophosphamide group by ip with 25mg/kg cyclophosphamide,and in large,medium and small dosage groups by oral 2.8,1.4and 0.7g/kg ethanol extracts from peach kernel,respectively,and successive medication for 10 days and stop medication for 11 days.At 12 th days,the mice were executed to calculate the tumor inhibitory rate,thymus index,spleen index and changes of body mass,etc,and to measure the serum SOD activities and contents of MDA.RE SULTSEthanol extracts from peach kernel reduced the tumor weight,increased the thymus index and serum SOD activities,and decreased the contents of MDA in the S180 tumor bearing Kuming mice,and increased spleen index and body mass in large dosage group.CONCLUSIONEthanol extract from peach kernel can obviously inhibit the growth of transplantation tumor S180 in mice.
