摘要
目的研究抗栓治疗在急性脑梗死治疗中的应用价值。方法选取本院收治的急性脑梗死患者82例作为研究对象,按入院时间分为两组,2018年4月至2018年9月收治的41例患者归为对照组,予以丹参川芎嗪和阿司匹林治疗;2018年10月至2019年4月收治的41例患者则归为研究组,在对照组的基础上予以阿加曲班治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的日常生活活动能力量表Barthel指数(BI)、美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、改良RANKIN量表(Modified Rankin Scale,MRS)评分及并发症发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者的BI、NIHSS、MRS评分比较差异均无统计学意义;治疗后,研究组的NIHSS、MRS评分均明显低于对照组,且BI评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为4.88%,明显低于对照组的19.51%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用阿加曲班、丹参川芎嗪和阿司匹林抗栓药物联合治疗能有效降低急性脑梗死患者的并发症发生率,并改善患者生活能力,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the value of antithrombotic therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 82 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.41 patients admitted from April 2018 to September 2018 were classified as the control group and treated with tanshinone,ligustrazine and aspirin,41 patients admitted from October 2018 to April 2019 were classified as the study group and treated with agatraban on the basis of the control group.Barthel Index(BI),NIHSS,modified Rankin Scale(MRS)and complication rate were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in BI,NIHSS and MRS scores between the two groups;after treatment,NIHSS and Mrs scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and BI scores were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.88%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(19.51%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of agatraban,Danshen Ligustrazine and aspirin can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the living ability of patients with acute cerebral infarction,worthy of clinical promotion.
