摘要
从乡村振兴创意人才的培养理念和课程体系的推进过程入手,分析了新时期本科高校对于乡村振兴人才的能力要求和培养方向;同时,结合浙江工商大学环境设计学科的课程体系、教学方法、实践体系等,探讨了环境设计专业进行项目制、导师制和工作室制"三位一体"人才培养模式的特点,探讨了创新实践教学模式在其他学科专业进行移植的可能性,并结合课程的实践效果评价了该项课程改革的优势与不足。三位一体实践教学模式为设计类专业和乡村振兴人才的精准培养提供了可借鉴的实践模式和过程策略,对于本科环境设计专业的实践教学具有一定的借鉴意义。
Starting from the training concept of rural revitalization creative talents and the promotion process of curriculum system,this paper analyzes the ability requirements and training direction of rural revitalization talents in the new era of undergraduate colleges and universities.At the same time,combined with the curriculum system,teaching methods and practice system of environmental design discipline in Zhejiang University of Technology and Industry,it discusses the three aspects of project system,tutor system and studio system for environmental design specialty.Based on the characteristics of the " three in one" talent training model,this paper discusses the possibility of transplanting the innovative practical teaching model in other disciplines, and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the curriculum reform combined with the practical effect of the curriculum.The Trinity practical teaching mode provides a practical mode and process strategy for the precise training of design majors and rural revitalization talents,and has a solid reference for the practical teaching of environmental design majors.
