摘要
通过文化产业赋能乡村振兴,已然成为战略性的举措,这对高校文化产业管理专业人才培养提出了新的要求,需要在文化产业人才培养的知识结构与专业能力等方面予以调整。建议针对乡村文化产业人才需求特点,通过围绕“服务乡村振兴”优化培养方案、加强“实践型”师资队伍建设、探索“双循环沉浸式教学”模式、构建“高校+政府+企业”三元互动培养体系、深化“产学研赛创”等五位一体育人机制的方式来提高人才培养质量。
Empowering rural revitalization through the cultural industry has become a strategic measure,which poses new requirements for the cultivation of cultural industry management professionals in universities.It is recommended to improve the quality of talent cultivation by optimizing the training plan around“serving rural revitalization”,strengthening the construction of“practical”teaching staff,exploring the“dual cycle immersive teaching”model,constructing a“university+government+enterpri se”ternary interactive training system,and deepening the“industry,university,research,competition,and innovation”five in one education mechanism in response to the characteristics of talent demand in the rural cultural industry.
