摘要
该文旨在探讨应用正念训练的方法对大学生心理健康状况的作用及实施建议。研究通过以12名自愿参与正念训练的学生为被试,对比经过正念练习前后被试的五因素正念水平量表(FFMQ)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)的得分情况,结果发现,被试的正念水平总分、观察、觉知行动、不判断和不反应这五个项目训练后的得分均高于训练前的得分,被试的躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑这四个项目在训练后的得分均低于训练前的得分,被试的积极应对得分高于训练前,而消极应对得分略低于训练前,这说明正念训练能够改善大学生的心理健康水平。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of mindfulness training methods on the psychological health of college students and the suggestions for the implementation.With 12 students who volunteered to participate in the mindfulness training as the subjects,the study compared their scores of the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire(FFMQ),the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)before and after the training.It was found in the results that the scores of the subjects in mindfulness level,observation,awareness action,non-judgment and non-response after the training were all higher than those before the training;the scores of the subjects in somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and anxiety were all lower than those before the training;the scores of the subjects in positive coping were higher than those before the training,while the scores in negative coping were slightly lower than those before the training.The results indicates that mindfulness training can improve the psychological health of college students.
