摘要
本文探讨了正念训练对大学生乒乓球学习心理因素及技能发展的影响。通过为期8周的正念训练干预,对比实验班和对照班在乒乓球技能掌握、自我效能感、努力取向和坚韧品质等方面的差异,验证了正念训练对乒乓球学习的积极作用。研究表明,正念训练能提升学生的正念意识水平,且提升效果与自我效能感呈显著正相关。同时,正念训练能够有效增强学生的学习动机,提高乒乓球技能学习效果。此外,正念训练在培养学生面对困难时的坚韧品质有积极作用,进而提高乒乓球技能学习效率。
This paper discusses the influence of mindfulness training on the psychological factors and skill development of table tennis learning in college students.Through an 8-week mindfulness training intervention,comparing the differences in table tennis skills,self-efficacy,effort orientation and tenacity between the experimental class and the control class,the positive effect of mindfulness training on table tennis learning was verified.Research shows that mindfulness training can improve students’level of mindfulness awareness,and the improvement effect is significantly positively correlated with self-efficacy.At the same time,mindfulness training can effectively enhance students’learning motivation and improve the learning effect of table tennis skills.In addition,mindfulness training plays a positive role in cultivating students’tenacity in the face of difficulties,thus improving the learning efficiency of table tennis skills.
