摘要
利用“互联网+”教育技术,开展片区间小语教师的“线下”教研活动,不仅能改变传统教师培训的弊端,还能够创新培训方式,提高培训实效,促进乡村教师的业务成长。这种教研模式在教师需求、资源整合、现场记录、重复利用以及教学行为诊断上正发挥着重要作用。
Using"Internet+"education technology to carry out"offline"regional teaching research activities for primary Chinese teachers can not only eliminate the disadvantages of traditional teacher training,but also innovate training methods,improve training effectiveness,and promote the professional growth of rural teachers.This model of teaching research is playing an important role in teachers'needs,resource integration,field records,reuse and teaching behavior diagnosis.
