摘要
有效性是开展工作实践的动力,高校教师思想政治工作也是如此。如何提高思政工作的有效性,对于高等教育立德树人的根本目标有着重要意义。当前关于思政工作的研究,取得了一系列的成果,但是关于高校教师思政工作有效性的研究并不多见,需要进一步加强针对性和系统性的研究,为提高高校教师思政工作打好理论基础。
Effectiveness is the driving force of work practice,so it is the ideological and political work of college teachers.How to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political work is of great significance to the fundamental goal of higher education to enhance morality and to foster talents.At present,the research on ideological and political work has made a series of achievements,but on the effectiveness of ideological and political work of college teachers is rare.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen targeted and systematic research to lay a good theoretical foundation for improving ideological and political work of college teachers.
