摘要
在当前新形势下 ,高校思想政治教育存在的严重问题之一 ,是其教育实效性的弱化。这个问题产生的原因主要有 4个方面 :思想教育的切入点缺乏科学性和规律性 ;政治教育内容缺乏时代性 ;思想教育的实施过程中存在某些偏差 ;思想教育队伍的力量薄弱 ,整体素质有待提高。针对这些问题 ,指出在加强高校思想教育工作中 ,应注重树立教育新观念 ,不断改革和完善思想教育理论体系和内容 ,提高政治教师队伍的整体素质 ,不断拓宽教育领域 ,改进教育方法 。
The decrease in effectiveness is one of the serious problems in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The causes for this decrease include the lack of scientificalness and regularity in the way to carry it out, the lack of epochal character in its content, the deviations in its process, the weakness and the undesirable quality in its staff. For these problems, work must be done to establish new ideas of education, to reform and perfect the content and theoretical system, to improve the overall qualities of the staff, to broaden the field of education, and to improve the teaching methods, so as to achieve substantially the actual effectiveness in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
