摘要
为了解文山壮族苗族自治州兽医实验室建设现状及检测能力水平,采用问卷调查、检测工作调查、现场调查等方式,对实验室建设状况、运行情况、仪器设备、人员配备、开展检测项目以及生物安全防护等方面进行调查。结果显示:文山壮族苗族自治州8县(市)动物疫病预防控制中心兽医实验室建设基本完成,6个县级、1个州级实验室通过省级考核验收,兽医实验室正常开展血清学检测工作,存在实验室基础条件有限,实验室检测仪器设备配置不足;检测技术人员缺乏,检测能力薄弱;实验室管理体系建设不完善,生物安全意识薄弱等问题。面对当前重大动物疫病的防控需求,建议从兽医实验室的建设、规范化管理、生物安全防护、人员的检测能力、技术及硬件仪器设备等方面提高各县市兽医实验室综合技术能力,从而为文山壮族苗族自治州兽医实验室的有序发展奠定基础。
In order to make clear the construction status and detection capacity of veterinary laboratories affiliated to animal disease prevention and control centers at all levels in Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,an investigation was carried out in terms of construction,operation,instruments,staffing,detection projects and biosafety protection by means of questionnaire,checking test process and field investigation. The results showed that 8 laboratories were generally completed,including 6 laboratories at county level and one at prefecture level accredited by the examination at provincial level. However,some problems were found out,such as limited primary conditions,insufficient allocation of instruments,lack of technicians,poor detection capacity,imperfect management system,weak awareness of bio-safety. Considering current need for prevention and control of major animal diseases,it was suggested to improve the comprehensive capacity of laboratories at all levels in terms of construction,standardized management,bio-safety protection,detection skills of staff,technology and hardware including instruments and equipment,so as to lay a foundation for well-organized development of veterinary laboratories in the region.
