摘要
针对类比设计方法中顶驱提环质量偏重、分布不尽合理的问题,在允许设计空间内建立了最大范围模型,采用连续体拓扑优化理论,利用ANSYS Workbench拓扑优化工具对模型进行了两次拓扑优化,综合考虑加工工艺及制造费用等因素,确定了最终的提环结构。对该结构的受力分析表明所设计的提环完全满足实际使用需求,其体积小、质量轻、应力分布均匀。该设计方法摆脱了传统优化设计在现有设计基础上优化的思路,克服了传统优化设计在优化之初排除最佳方案的可能性,为顶驱提环的设计提供了一种新的科学方法,为降低顶驱提环质量和生产成本提供了参考。
For the analogy-based design method,in order to solve the problems of heavy weight and unreasonable mass distribution of the top-drive lifting bail,the maximum-range model is worked out in the allowable design space,and the theory of continuum topological optimization is adopted to optimize the model by means of the tool of ANSYS Workbench topological optimization for twice.The final lifting-bail structure is identified with such factors as machining techniques and manufacturing costs taken into consideration.The static analysis on the structure shows that the lifting bail is highly functional,with the characteristics of small volume,light weight and uniform stress distribution.This method gets rid of the traditional idea of optimization which is based on the existing structure,and avoids the possibility that the optimal scheme will be eliminated at the beginning of the design.It,as a new scientific method for the design of the top-drive lifting bail,provides reference for reducing the weight of the top-drive lifting bail and decreasing the production cost.
