摘要
基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,对XK640数控铣床关键零部件进行了静刚度分析,并采取相应措施进行优化设计,提高了零件的静刚度,保证了数控铣床的设计要求。把有限元分析软件应用于机床的设计中,对提高数控机床的设计质量具有重要意义。
Based on ANSYS software of finite element analysis, rigidity of key parts of XK640 CNC milling machine was analyzed, and corresponding measure was taken to optimize the design, which can increase the rigidity of key parts and meet the demand of the design of milling machine. It is important to improve the performance of milling machine by using FEA software in the design of milling machine.
