摘要
目的探讨羟考酮复合丙泊酚在宫腔镜手术麻醉中的应用效果,为临床麻醉医师选择合理麻醉方案提供参考。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月辽宁省健康产业集团铁煤总医院收治的70例行宫腔镜手术治疗患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用常规麻醉方法,观察组采用羟考酮复合丙泊酚麻醉。比较两组的心率、平均动脉压、术后疼痛感及不良反应发生率。结果两组麻醉前及苏醒时的心率及平均动脉压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后各时间节点的疼痛感评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羟考酮复合丙泊酚用于宫腔镜手术的临床麻醉效果明确,术后镇痛效果维持较好,且不良反应发生率低,应用效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Oxycodone combined with Propofol in hysteroscopic anesthesia,and to provide reference for clinical anesthesiologists to choose a reasonable anesthesia regimen.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,70 patients who received hysteroscopic surgery in Tiemei General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,the study objects were divided into the control group and the observation group,35 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with routine anesthesia,the observation group was anesthetized with Oxycodone and Propofol.The heart rate,mean arterial pressure,postoperative pain and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups before anesthesia and when consciousness-regaining(P>0.05).The pain scores at each time point in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical anesthesia effect of Oxycodone combined with Propofol in hysteroscopic surgery is clear,the postoperative analgesia effect is good,and the adverse reaction rate is low,the application effect is significant.
