摘要
乡村振兴战略是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要举措,乡村治理法治化是依法治国基本方略在农村地区的体现,对实现乡村治理体系的完善具有重要意义。当前,我国在乡村治理法治化的实践中,主要面临相关法律制度不完善、基层政府治理能力有待提高、村民参与乡村治理热情较低、城乡社会治理水平差距大等问题。推动乡村治理法治化,应完善和贯彻相关法律法规与政策,加强基层政府治理水平建设,提高村民参与自治的水平和热情,加强城乡社会协同治理。
The strategy of rural revitalization is an important measure to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The rule of law in rural governance is the embodiment of the basic strategy of governing the country according to law in rural areas,and is of great significance for the improvement of the rural governance system.At present,China's practice of rule of law in rural governance mainly faces problems such as imperfect relevant legal systems,the need to improve the governance capacity of grassroots governments,low enthusiasm for villagers to participate in rural governance,and large gaps in urban and rural social governance.To promote the rule of law in rural governance,we should improve and implement relevant laws,regulations and policies,strengthen the level of governance at the grassroots level,increase the level and enthusiasm of villagers in participating in self-government,and strengthen coordinated governance of urban and rural society.
