摘要
目的探究对糖尿病患儿实施综合护理的效果。方法随机将2017年1月—2019年4月该院60例糖尿病患儿分为对照组(30例,应用常规护理)、实验组(30例,应用综合护理)。对比两组患儿血糖指标、治疗依从性评分及低血糖发生率。结果实验组患儿干预后餐后2 h血糖及空腹血糖水平较对照组更低(P<0.05),且治疗依从性评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);实验组低血糖发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(20.00%)(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患儿实施综合护理切实可行,可有效降低其血糖水平,减少低血糖发生。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on children with diabetes.Methods A total of 60 children with diabetes in the hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases,with routine care)and the experimental group(30 cases,with comprehensive care).The blood glucose indexes,treatment compliance scores,and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups of children.Results The blood glucose and fasting blood glucose levels of children in the experimental group after intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the compliance scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of hypoglycemia in the experimental group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion It is practical and feasible to implement comprehensive nursing for children with diabetes,which can effectively reduce their blood glucose level and reduce the occurrence of hypoglycemia.
