民族院校大学生跨文化能力水平及其影响因素——以Z大学为例 被引量:4

A Study on Intercultural Competence and Its Influencing Factors of Minority University Students——Taking Z University as an Example

摘要 本研究通过编制“民族院校学生跨文化能力水平与培养调查问卷”收集数据,采用SPSS 18.0和Amos 17.0进行统计分析,对民族院校学生跨文化能力水平及培养情况、影响因素进行实证研究。结果发现,民族院校学生跨文化能力整体为中上水平,且二、三、四年级学生的跨文化能力水平呈逐渐上升趋势;民族院校课程与课堂、课外实践两个主渠道对学生跨文化能力培养有显著正向作用,其中课程与课堂的作用更大;民族院校学生的民族、专业、母亲受教育程度等背景因素对其跨文化能力水平具有显著影响,其中母亲受教育程度因素的影响高于民族因素和专业背景因素;民族院校的国际化活动对学生跨文化能力的影响作用不大。建议民族院校继续深化课程与课堂、课外实践等人才培养主渠道的质量内涵建设,大力提升人才培养的国际化水平,进一步强化学生跨文化能力培养的优势与特色。 This study collects data through compiling“intercultural competence and training questionnaire of students in colleges for minority nationalities”,and adopts SPSS 18.0 and Amos 17.0 to empirically research the intercultural competence and training situation of students as well as its influencing factors.The results show that the overall intercultural competence of students is above average,and the competence of students in the second,third and fourth grades gradually increases;the two main channels of curriculum,classroom and extracurricular practice have significant positive effect on the cultivation of students’intercultural competence,especially for curriculum and classroom;the background factors such as ethnicity,major and mother’s education attainment have significant influence on students’intercultural competence,among which the influence of mother’s education attainment is higher than that of ethnic and professional background;the internationalization activities have little effect on students’intercultural competence.It is suggested that colleges and universities for nationalities should deepen the quality construction of the main channels of training talents,such as curriculum and classroom,extracurricular practice and so on.Moreover,it is important to vigorously improve the internationalization of professional training,and further enhance the advantages and characteristics of cultivating students’intercultural competence.
