摘要 中国青少年的身体健康问题和体育运动一直受社会各界的广泛关注,青少年是一个国家未来的支柱,青少年的健康发展是促进国家昌盛的必要条件。因此,对于青少年身体健康来说,有效的体育运动能够预防青少年过度肥胖、心血管疾病,促进青少年身心健康。主要针对短时中低等强度体育运动对青少年身体成分及心肺功能影响进行简单研究,首先简单介绍相关概念,随后简单分析体育运动对青少年身体健康的影响及当前我国青少年体育运动现状,以此得出结论和建议。 The physical health problems of Chinese youth and sports have been widely concerned by the society from all walks of life,youth is a pillar of the future of a country,the healthy development of youth is a necessary condition to promote the prosperity of the country.Therefore,for the physical health of teenagers,effective physical exercise can prevent obesity,cardiovascular diseases and promote physical and mental health of teenagers.This paper mainly focuses on the impact of short,medium and low intensity physical exercise on the body composition and cardiopulmonary function of adolescents.Firstly,it briefly introduces the relevant concepts,and then it simply analyzes the impact of physical exercise on the physical health of adolescents and the current status of physical exercise of adolescents in China,so as to draw conclusions and Suggestions.
