摘要
为探讨高校足球课教学训练对大学生体质的影响,32名专选足球的学生为实验班,31名专选篮球的学生为对照班,实验班和对照班进行2学时/周,1次,持续32周的专项课教学,调查32周专项课教学训练前后学生的体质状况。结果显示:足球专项课教学训练能降低大学生的体脂含量,增加瘦体重,提高大学生的肺活量,反应时变化显著,提高大学生握力、背力、4×10m折返跑的运动能力,但对提高身体的柔韧性及跳跃能力效果一般。提示32周足球课教学提高了大学生的身体机能和素质,有利于大学生的体质健康水平的维持。
To investigate the effect of soccer training on tmdergraduate students' physical fitness, 32 students choosing soccer class were classified imo the experiment group and 31 students choosing basketball class were classified into the comrol group. Both groups were trained once a week for 2 hours. After 32 weeks, the physical fitness was investiga- ted. The result shows, the special soccer training can decrease the undergraduate students' body fat, increase lean body mass, elevate breathing capacity, raise their grasp force, back force and 4×10m reentry running, but can not in- crease their flexibility and jumping performance. It is ooncluded that 32 weeks' soccer training increased the body function and performance of the undergraduate students, which was good for the maintenance of their physical fitness and health.
