摘要
固定式深冷压力容器特别适用于冷冻液化气体的储存,使用日益广泛。在小型固定式深冷压力容器充装过程中,由于体积小、充装速度过快,容易产生液化气体过量充装现象,导致安全事故的发生。针对被动式限充装置的不足,提出了2种小型固定式深冷压力容器用主动式防止过度充装装置。对内装式浮球凸轮限充装置和外装式差压变送器控制气动阀限充装置的结构、功能及特点进行分析讨论,以期对新建和在用小型固定式深冷压力容器的限充设计提供参考和借鉴。
The fixed cryogenic pressure vessels are particularly suitable for the storage of frozen liquefied gas, and are being increasingly used in the industry. During the filling process of small fixed cryogenic pressure vessels, due to the small size and the fast filling speed the excessive filling of liquefied gas occurs easily and leads to safety accidents. In view of the shortcomings of the passive filling volume limit device, two types of active preventive over-filling devices for small fixed cryogenic pressure vessels were proposed. The structure, function and characteristics of built-in floating ball filling volume limit device, together with external mounted differential pressure transmitter control pneumatic valve filling volume limit device were analyzed and discussed, to provide reference for the filling volume limit design of new and existing small fixed cryogenic pressure vessels.
