15CrMoR钢厚壁压力容器焊接技术及试验分析

摘要 探究了15CrMoR钢厚壁压力容器的焊接技术,制定合理的焊接工艺并在焊接后切取部分试样进行了试验分析。焊接方法为双面手工电弧焊,选用R307焊条,将焊接坡口设计成X型,焊前预热温度160℃,焊后280℃保温1小时,焊接电流180~220 A,焊接电压22~25 V,焊接速度14~16 cm/min。从焊接接头处切取5个试样进行X射线探伤,符合B极焊缝要求标准。依次进行了拉伸试验和冲击试验,结果表明:15CrMoR钢焊后接头平均失强率为7.92%,除了焊缝处有断裂外,其他位置无肉眼可见缺陷,焊缝强度较高、接头性能良好;试件的平均冲击功为86.8 J,冲击韧性大,接头韧性好。 The welding technology of 15CrMoR steel thick-wall pressure vessel was studied,and a reasonable welding process was established and some samples were cut for test analysis after welding.The welding method is double-sided manual arc welding,R307 electrode is selected,and the welding groove is designed as X type.The preheating temperature before welding is 160℃,and the heat preservation is 280℃for 1 hour after welding.The welding current is 180~220 A,the welding voltage is 22~25 V,and the welding speed is 14~16 cm/min.5 samples were cut from the welding joints for X-ray inspection,which met the requirements of B-pole weld.The tensile test and impact test are carried out in sequence.The results show that the average strength loss rate of 15CrMoR steel joints after welding is 7.92%,and there are no visible defects in other positions except the fracture of the weld,and the weld strength is high and the joint performance is good.The average impact work of the specimen is 86.8 J,the impact toughness is large,and the joint toughness is good.
