摘要
教师培训成效不佳原因在于学习停留在浅表层次,有效的教师培训应该走向深度学习。基于深度学习的内涵与深度学习路线(DELC),构建促进深度学习发生的课程设计框架:以高阶能力为目标进行前端分析,通过“深度在场、深度加工”的参与式培训方式和螺旋递进式的高阶课程开展深度学习,微观深入地解决核心问题,落实培训成果并有效转化。
As we know,the current teacher training program has some shortages and the main shortage is superficial learning.In order to enhance the teacher training effectiveness,we should lead to the deep learning mode.Based on the deep learning theory and following with the pathways to deep learning,effective strategies are proposed to encourage trainees(teachers)to achieve deep learning.We should guide the teaching aim to develop higher level thinking and reasoning,active participation and to integrate the learning content with meaning connection.Finally,we should promote knowledge construction and migration,make deep comprehension of the learned and transfer to problems solving.
