摘要
目的了解男性强制隔离戒毒人员(以下简称"强戒人员")传染病健康素养水平,分析可能的影响因素,为制定干预措施提供理论指导和实践依据。方法采用整群随机抽样法对浙江省拱宸强制隔离戒毒所在管强戒人员进行问卷调查和数据分析。结果调查的880名强戒人员中,总体传染病健康素养水平为1.6%,其中,基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、健康基本技能素养水平分别为0.3%、21.3%、34.1%;文化程度越低的强戒人员,其传染病健康素养水平越低(Z=20.754,P<0.05)。结论男性强戒人员传染病健康素养水平亟待全面加强;文化程度较低和无业的强戒人员是重点干预对象;传染病基本知识和理念是重点干预内容,传染病预防、管理与治疗是重点干预环节。
Objective To understand the Infectious Disease Health Literacy level of the male compulsory isolation drug addicts,to analyze the possible influencing factors,and provide theoretical guidance and practical basis for formulating targeted intervention measures.Methods A questionnaire survey and data analysis were carried out among the strong abstainers in Gongchen District of Zhejiang Province.Results Among the 880 drug-dissidents surveyed,the health literacy level was 1.6%.Among them,the basic knowledge and concept,the healthy lifestyle and behavioral,and the health skill literacy levels were 0.3%,21.3%,34.1%,respectively.The lower the education level,the lower the level of infectious disease health literacy(Z=20.754,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of infectious disease health literacy of male strong abstainers needs to be strengthened in an all-round way.The low educated and unemployed strong abstainers would be the key intervention objects.The basic knowledge and concept of infectious diseases should be the key intervention contents.The prevention,management and treatment of infectious diseases of strong abstainers should be the key intervention links.
