摘要
汽轮机组启动过程中的胀差监测与控制对机组安全至关重要。文章首先对汽轮机结构和热涨特性进行简单介绍,并依据机组的结构和设计参数,对关键热胀段在不同转子平均温升速率下的轴向胀差量进行了估算,得到了转子在不同平均温升速率下的关键热胀段轴向胀差估算值,并对汽轮机轴向胀差在冷态应急启动时的特性进行了分析。最后,文章结合大型汽轮机启停胀差控制规律,提出了冷态应急启动过程中控制机组轴向胀差的基本参数范围和注意事项。本文的估算结果和分析结论对核级汽轮机实际的冷态应急启动操作有重要指导意义。
The expansion difference monitoring and control during the start-up of a steam turbine unit is critical to the safety of the unit.This paper first introduces the structure and thermal expansion characteristics of the steam turbine.Based on the structure and design parameters of the unit,the axial expansion difference of the key thermal expansion section at different rotor average temperature rise rates is estimated.The estimated value of the axial expansion difference of the key thermal expansion section under the temperature rise rate,and the characteristics of the axial expansion difference of the steam turbine during cold emergency start-up are analyzed.Finally,this paper puts forward the basic parameter range and precautions for controlling the axial expansion difference of the unit during the cold emergency start process in combination with the control law of the expansion difference between the start and stop of the large steam turbine.The estimation results and analysis conclusions of this paper have important guiding signifi cance for the actual cold-state emergency start operation of nuclear-level steam turbines.
