摘要
结合汽轮机组胀差产生的机理对机组冷态起动过程各个阶段胀差的变化进行分析。在对机组冷态起动过程各个阶段胀差的变化充分认识的基础上,提出防止胀差异常的措施,将胀差控制在允许范围,以保障机组运行安全。
Combining with the mechanism of differential expansion variation in steam turbine units, the variation of differential expansion at each stage of cold starting process for steam turbine units has been analysed, and the variation of differential expansion at each stage in cold starting process being more fully understood, and emergency measures for preventing differential expansion can be timely taken, so as to ensure safe operation of the unit.
