摘要
目的研究富血小板血浆对膝关节骨性关节炎患者关节功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法将188例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为对照组(n=94)和观察组(n=94)。对照组采用塞来昔布和盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗,观察组采用盐酸氨基葡萄糖片联合富血小板血浆治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗后膝关节疼痛程度、关节功能及生活质量。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.81%,明显高于对照组的88.30%(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组,QOL各维度评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论富血小板血浆治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的效果显著,可有效缓解其膝关节疼痛程度,恢复其关节运动功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective To study the influence of platelet-rich plasma on joint function and pain degree in patients with knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods 188 patients with knee joint osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group(n=94)and observation group(n=94).The control group was treated with celecoxib and glucosamine hydrochloride tablets.The observation group was treated with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets and platelet-rich plasma.The clinical efficacy,joint function and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.81%,significantly higher than 88.30%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the JOA score was higher than that of the control group,the QOL scale scores were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Platelet-rich plasma has significant effect in the treatment of patients with knee joint osteoarthritis,which can effectively relieve the pain degree of knee joint,restore the joint motor function,and improve the quality of life.
