摘要
合成了4种不同配体的芴基双核α-二亚胺镍催化剂(C1-C4),以二氯一乙基铝为助催化剂,对乙烯聚合进行了研究。讨论了催化剂的分子结构对催化剂活性、支化度以及聚合物的相对分子质量的影响,选择恰当的催化剂配体,有利于对生成的聚合物进行精确控制。以C4催化剂研究了主催化剂浓度、n(Al)/n(Ni)和聚合反应压力对催化剂活性、支化度和聚合物的相对分子质量的影响,并得到了该催化剂较佳的聚合条件。
Four fluorene-based binuclearα-diimine Ni catalysts(C1-C4)with different ligands were synthesized,and ethylene polymerization was studied using aluminium ethyl dichloride as cocatalyst.The activity,degree of branching and the relative molecular weight of the polymer which were influenced by the molecular structure of the catalyst were discussed.An appropriate selection of catalyst ligands was beneficial to control of the generated polymers accurately.The influence of the catalyst concentration,the molar ratio of Al/Ni and the polymerization pressure on the activity of the catalyst,the degree of branching and the relative molecular mass of the polymer were studied with C4 catalyst,and the better polymerization conditions were obtained.
