摘要
从水与气的关系探讨《金匮要略》水气病辨治,提出水气病病机为“水气不调”,具体表现为气化不及与气机不畅,发病脏腑以“肺肾”为本,以“水分”与“气分”为主要病理阶段,病种范围不局限于水肿病,也包括部分鼓胀病,即水气病是一类由“水气不调”引起人体水液在内停积的以全身或局部肿胀为典型症状的疾病。并提出“温阳调气”是水气病重要治则,“温阳”侧重提供水气转化的动力,“调气”保证水液代谢之道路通畅。
Based on the relationship between water and Qi,this paper discusses the syndrome differentiation and treatment of Shui-qi disease in Synopsis of"Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber",and puts forward that the pathogenesis of Shui-qi disease is"Water-Qi is not regulated":the specific manifestation is that the Qi is not smooth,the pathogenesis of viscera is based on"lung and kidney",and"Shui fen"and"Qi fen"as the main pathological stages.And the disease scope is not limited to edema disease,including some tympanic disease.That is to say,the Shui-qi disease is a kind of disease which is caused by"the Water-Qi is not regulated"and the water in the body stops accumulating inside,and the typical symptom is the whole body or local swelling.It is proposed that"Warming Yang and regulating Qi"is an important principle for the treatment of Shui-qi diseases,and"Warming Yang"focuses on providing the power for Water-Qi transformation,and"Regulating Qi"ensures the smooth road of water metabolism.
