摘要
目的基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析总结近10年中国知网(CNKI)数据库中以中药治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的用药规律。方法筛选CNKI数据库中中医药治疗T2DM的文献,将方剂录入EXCEL表格,再导入中医传承辅助系统,建立方剂数据库,对筛选出的方剂进行组方规律分析。结果筛选出治疗T2DM的方剂148条,涉及中药174味;发现中药复方中频次较高的药物、常用药对及其性味归经规律、组方规律,演化得到核心组合6组,新方组合3组。结论:中药治疗T2DM的方剂以益气健脾、养阴生津、清热泻火为主,为临床靶向治疗提供了依据。
Objective To analyze the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)in papers from CNKI database in recent 10 years by TCM Inheritance Support System(TCMISS).Methods The literature of treating T2 DM by TCM in CNKI was screened.The prescriptions were put into the EXCEL form and imported into the TCMISS.Prescription database was established.The data that integrated by software was searched.Medication rule of prescription was analyzed.Results A total of 148 prescriptions of treating T2 DM were screened,including 174 Chinese drugs.Frequency of drugs,common drug pairs,flavors and meridian tropism and prescription laws were determined.And then we obtained 6 corecombinations and 3 newprescriptions.Conclusion The prescription function of treating T2 DM mainly was benefiting Qi and strengthening spleen,nourishing Yin and generating body fluid as well as clearing heat and purging fire.The prescription provides the basis in clinic.
