摘要
本文介绍了防护板系统安装技术方案,防护板安装在行车方向的前、左、右三个方向,成三面结构,对光电设备进行防护,主要用途为在特殊环境下或者突发状况中对设备进行及时的防护。防护板系统由固定防护板、活动防护板、铰链、电动推杆、配电系统及附件等组成,固定防护板安装在舱体顶板上,不可动,对设备下部进行防护。活动防护板安装在固定防护板的上部,通过铰链连接在一起,活动防护板下部安装有电动推杆,在非工作状态时,呈水平状态,当需要防护时,通过配电系统使电动推杆动作,在1.5秒内将活动防护板推到垂直状态,起到对光电设备的防护作用。
This paper introduces the installation technical scheme of the protective board system.The protective board is installed in the front,left and right directions of the driving direction,forming a three-sided structure to protect the photoelectric equipment.Its main purpose is to protect the equipment in time when the task fails.The protection board system is composed of fixed protection board,movable protection board,hinge,electric push rod,power distribution system and accessories.The fixed protection board is installed on the top plate of the cabin and cannot be moved to protect the lower part of the equipment.The movable guard board is installed on the upper part of the fixed guard board,which is connected together by hinges.The lower part of the movable guard board is installed with electric push rod,which is in a horizontal state when it is not in working state.When protection is needed,the electric push rod is activated by the power distribution system,and the movable guard board is pushed to a vertical state within 1.5 seconds to protect the photoelectric equipment.
