摘要
目的:探讨亮丙瑞林联合他莫昔芬治疗绝经前HR(+)乳腺癌患者雌二醇水平的效果。方法:选择收治的绝经前HR(+)乳腺癌患者72例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组接受他莫昔芬治疗,观察组接受亮丙瑞林联合他莫昔芬治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者的雌二醇水平和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前两组患者的雌二醇水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后6个月和治疗后12个月观察组患者的雌二醇水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的子宫内膜增生、阴道不规则出血、潮热、血管栓塞、骨关节痛发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:亮丙瑞林联合他莫昔芬治疗绝经前HR(+)乳腺癌患者能够更有效地维持患者的低雌二醇水平状态,有效减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To investigate the observation of estradiol levels in patients with premenopausal HR(+)breast cancer treated with leuprorelin combined with tamoxifen.Method A total of 72 premenopausal HR(+)breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 36 patients.The control group received tamoxifen.In the treatment,the observation group received leuprorelin combined with tamoxifen,and the estradiol levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results The levels of estradiol in the two groups of patients before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of estradiol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 6 months and 12 months after treatment(P<0.05);the incidence of endometrial hyperplasia,endometrial hemorrhage,hot flashes,vascular embolism,and bone and joint pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Leuprolide combined with tamoxifen in premenopausal HR(+)breast cancer patients can more effectively reduce the level of estradiol and effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
