摘要
安徽省普通高等学校休闲体育专业教学质量监控体系主要包括休闲体育专业人才培养模式、学生学风与学习效果监控、教师教风与教学效果监控、教学过程的组织管理与效能监控、教学条件监控四大模块,相互影响、相互渗透、彼此促进,遵循"计划→执行→检查→处理"闭环循环,基本上促进了休闲体育专业内涵发展、培育了专业特色优势、提高了人才培养质量和专业建设水平、保障了专业可持续发展。但也存在:专业定位不够清晰;学生实践能力薄弱;缺乏休闲体育专业对口教师;管理部门分工不够清晰、职责不够明确、第三方评价过少;缺乏休闲体育专业场馆的突出问题。面对新生专业成长中的问题,各高校积极走出去、引进来并结合地方特色,进一步完善教学质量监控体系,培养出休闲体育专业人才,一定程度上满足了社会需求。
The teaching quality monitoring system of leisure sports majors in colleges and universities in Anhui Province mainly includes four modules:training mode for leisure sports majors,monitoring of academic atmosphere and learning effect,monitoring of teachers’teaching style and effect,organization management and effectiveness monitoring of teaching process,and monitoring of teaching conditions.With mutual influence,penetration,and promotion and following the"plan→execution→inspection→processing"process,it has basically promoted the development of the connotation of leisure sports majors,cultivated the advantages of professional characteristics,improved the quality of talents training and professional construction,and ensured the sustainable development of the profession.However,there also exist problems:a lack of clarity in professional positioning;poor practical skills of students;lack of professional teachers;unclear division of labor and responsibilities in the management department;little third party evaluation;lack of professional leisure sports venues.Faced with the problems in freshmen's professional growth,colleges and universities actively seek cooperation and to further improve the teaching quality,monitoring system and leisure sports professionals training to meet the social needs to some extent.
